About

Callie England is a strategist, creative leader, entrepreneur, and community builder who helps companies and organizations grow, reposition, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Her work sits at the intersection of brand, strategy, and operations, helping organizations not just look better, but work better.

She has built companies from the ground up, led rebrands, launched products, expanded distribution internationally, built marketing and creative teams, and helped organizations clarify who they are and where they are going next.

How She Works

Callie started her career as a creative, working in product, design, and storytelling, but quickly realized that brand alone does not build a business. Strategy matters. Structure matters. The way a company actually runs matters.

Over time, her work evolved from building brands to helping organizations solve bigger problems: positioning, growth strategy, organizational structure, messaging, marketing strategy, and leadership alignment. She is known for simplifying complicated problems, asking hard questions, and helping organizations focus on what actually moves them forward.

Her work often includes:

  • Brand positioning and messaging

  • Growth and marketing strategy

  • Organizational and operational strategy

  • New initiatives and program development

  • Campaigns and storytelling

  • Helping leadership teams clarify direction and priorities

She has worked across startups, consumer brands, legacy companies, universities, and entrepreneurial support organizations, but the common thread in all of her work is building things that grow and improving things that are stuck.

Builder, Operator, Strategist

Throughout her career, Callie has founded companies, led rebrands, launched products, expanded companies into international markets, built marketing and creative teams, helped legacy companies reposition and grow again, and led regional entrepreneurship initiatives and large-scale events.

She is not just a marketer or a creative. She is a builder and an operator who understands how businesses actually work, grow, and sometimes struggle.

She is known for telling the truth, asking hard questions, simplifying complexity, and helping organizations focus on what actually matters.

The Hard Chapter

Callie is a three-time cancer and transplant survivor who spent nearly five years in treatment and actively recovering while continuing to lead, build, and support the entrepreneurial community. During that time, she directed Global Entrepreneurship Week Kansas City, helped grow it into one of the largest entrepreneurship events in the region, and led brand and marketing efforts for the Innovation Center, all while navigating one of the hardest fights of her life.

When the medical system told her her chances of survival were low, she made a decision that if she was going to go through this, she would go through it fighting.

She often says she approached cancer like an entrepreneur: low odds, no clear roadmap, and fighting like hell for what you believe is possible.

That experience fundamentally changed how she sees work, leadership, and life. It taught her endurance, perspective, and how to keep moving forward when things are uncertain, complicated, or incredibly hard. It reinforced her belief that resilience, clarity, and courage matter more than titles, and that the most meaningful work comes from building things that help people and outlast you.

Today

Today, Callie works with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and organizations to clarify who they are, sharpen how they show up, and build strategies and systems that allow them to grow with intention.

Her work often includes brand positioning, growth strategy, organizational structure, messaging, marketing strategy, and helping leadership teams focus on what actually moves their organization forward.

She lives in Kansas City and continues to build, lead, and support the entrepreneurial community she has been part of for most of her career.
